When asked about how he liked being deployed and being the top dog in the company he stated "it's like being given the keys to a new car when you don't know how to drive and given the manuals to learn on your own". He also praised having a strong Commander in Maj Deckert and Spc Duplessie to help guide him in all his daily tasks. He goes on and states " I also have very strong Platoon Sgts who drive on when given a task and help when needed.
